Fixings:

300 gr ground meat (blended sheep and hamburger)
1,5 water glass rice,
1 huge onion,
salt,
dark pepper,
parsley,
dill,
enough spread,
2 tomato or tomato glue (1 tablespoon),

new or brackish water grape takes off,

Preperation:

Onion, tomato (peeled) or (tomato glue) ,dill,parsley in little pieces. Into the ground meat, rice, salt, dark pepper and 1/2 tea glass oil is put, blended. The blend was wrapped in grape leaves (thin and little). The pan put under leafs rolls is spent water and spread is put, cook over medium warmth for. Under garlic yogurt, southern style sauce (tomato glue, red pepper) is poured and is served hot.
